Today at a London conference Polyphony Digital CEO Kazunori Yamauchi announced the newest entry into the Gran Turismo series will release on November 15th in the US and November 18th in the UK and Europe.
A few details about the game were also released at the conference. It was announced that there will be four groups of cars, each containing real-world and fantasy vehicles. There will also be 19 locations with 27 layouts and 137 premium car models. The long requested dirt tracks and photo-mode (which will output 4K images) will also be making a return.
That wasn’t all, Kazunori announced that all the cars in GT: Sport had been remodeled from scratch from ‘Gran Turismo 6’ and each would include an interior view. With that in mind he also added that they hope to support Playstation VR from launch.
