The title of the fifth entry in the Transformers series was recently announced (Transformers: The Last Knight in case you were wondering) and the movie has just started principal photography over in Cuba with it going into full production in June. We know this because Micheal Bay has taken to Instagram and Twitter to let everyone know with this:

Which has also revealed the villain of the movie, yes it looks like our good friend Megatron will be returning for the nect Transformers film. Not a massive surprise as he has appeared in a most of the movies already. Micheal Bay is back in the directors chair despite claiming a few times he wouldn’t do another one. Also returning will be Mark Wahlberg as Cade Yeager the single father and inventor who helped the Autobots during the events of Age of Extinction and fan favourite Josh Duhamel as Lieutenant Colonel William Lennox, a human soldier who partnered with the Autobots in the first 3 movies.
The film is scheduled to be released on June 23, 2017 in 3D, RealD 3D, IMAX 3D, and 2D.
