During their E3 Conference Bethesda Game Studios revealed their future plans for upcoming Fallout 4 DLC.
There are three packs in the works, the first of which being the Contraptions Workshop. This DLC adds a whole host of extra goodies for workshops like elevators, weapon and armor racks, marble run style tracks, sorting machines, converyor belts and more. You don’t have to wait long to add an extra later on complexity to Sanctuary Hills as this first pack launches next week.
The second pack, called the Vault-Tec Workshop, allows players to built their own Vaults. You will have to excavate underground caverns to fit the vault in, and fight off enemies that might be lurking beneath the ground, but then you will be free to build your very own Vault. As the overseer you are tasked with managing your creation, and conducting experiments on the captive population. It’s slated for a July release.
The final pack, Nuka World, will be larger in scope. The official description reads “Take a trip to Nuka-World, a vast amusement park now a lawless city of Raiders. Explore an all-new region with an open wasteland and park zones like Safari Adventure, Dry Rock Gulch, Kiddie Kingdom and the Galactic Zone. Nuka-World features new quests, Raiders, weapons, creatures and more. Enjoy the ride!” Not much was revealed other than the date of August 2016, and it’s existence was suggested earlier in the DLC files for Far Harbour. More details may follow at Quakecon 2016.
