Today’s reveal of Forza Horizon 3 confirmed the details for the next instalment of the open-road racing game. The Playground Games developed game will feature the Lamborghini Centenario as its cover art, something promised by Microsoft earlier this year.
Revealed on the Microsoft stage, this instalment looks set to do just as well as it’s predecessors! This time, the Horizon Festival is being held in Australia, making use of the notorious Australian bush, deserts as well as sprawling cities. The game will feature all new car classes such as dune buggies. The showcase events Forza fans loved are making a return too and this time, the Campaign will be 4 player co-op allowing for high octane races with your friends.
Forza Horizon 3 follows 2014’s Forza Horizon 2 and the popular 2015 release Forza Horizon Presents Fast & Furious.
Forza Horizon 3 will be released September 27th, 2016 and be part of ‘Xbox Play Anywhere’ meaning if you buy it on Xbox One you can play it on PC. The game will also support cross-platform play with Windows PC.
