Fantastic Beasts And Where To Find Them hasn’t even hit cinemas yet and already plans for the sequel are well underway. According to director David Yates, who also directed the last four Harry Potter movies, said J K Rowling has already written the screen play for Fantastic Beasts And Where To Find Them 2.
David Yates spoke to GSN at the premiere of his latest movie, The Legend Of Tarzan, revealing that:
“she’s written the second one, she’s got ideas for the third one” He went on to say “When we adapted the books you would always have to leave out things that you hated leaving out because they didn’t quite work within the structure of the storytelling for the movie or the movie would just be far too long, With this it’s just pure Jo from the first page to the last page”.
It’s no surprise that they would be working on further sequels, Harry Potter is one of the biggest franchises of all time and fans cannot wait for Fantastic Beasts And Where To Find Them to take them back to that world. well they won’t have to wait too long as the movie hits cinemas on November 18th.
