This week we start off with a geography lesson, and then straight on to burglary. Weddings and chauffeuring (along with the astonishing reveal about Ben and perogies). We wax intellectual, read: gripe, about time passing and being old and not recognising places we used to live/go to.
We then talk “Sonic Mania”, as well as some highlights of the current switch library, Zelda: A Link to the Past. How bad do original polygon games look today… Our console histories… and Pyro-mania.
Lucy has the “Pohjala” dry-hopped Saison, ‘Hooaeg. Aadil has the Czech-style Pilsner from “Big Rock” and then ‘Scottish Heavy’ scotch style ale from the same, finishing with the surprising ‘Duchesse De Bourgogne’ sour ale from “Brouwerij Verhaeghe”. Ben has the ‘Pathmaker’ pale ale from “Black Sheep”, followed up by “Wolf Warning” IPA, and has a cheeky “Northern Monk” ‘New World’ IPA.
