Top 5 (skyrim) Games Of All Time

By Todd Howard... probably

5. The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim (PS3 Version)

First on the list is 2011’s epic fantasy role-playing game from Bethesda. Skyrim is the northernmost province of Tamriel and players must explore its harsh lands on their quest to defeat Alduin the World-Eater, a dragon who is prophesied to destroy the world. The special PS3 version stood out from the crowd as it dared to be completely broken in an age where games were generally more polished. The game had load screens that gave the player plenty of time to make a brew or contemplate their lives, frequent crashes so you could experience the same memorable moments time and time again and best of all a frame rate that was so low you could really see the details of the textures as you stared endlessly at them waiting to catch up.

4. The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim (Xbox 360)

Second on the list is 2011’s epic fantasy role-playing game from Bethesda. Skyrim is the northernmost province of Tamriel and players must explore its harsh lands on their quest to defeat Alduin the World-Eater, a dragon who is prophesied to destroy the world. The 360 version is notable for being functional if not always pretty. This version didn’t escape all the bugs however and also boasted some pretty long load times when you played for hundreds of hours.

3. The Elder Scroll V: Skyrim (PC)

Next on the list is 2011’s epic fantasy role-playing game from Bethesda. Skyrim is the northernmost province of Tamriel and it’s up to the My Little Ponies to explore its harsh lands on their quest to defeat Thomas the World-Eating Tank Engine, a train who is prophesied to destroy the world. Along the way, you will meet many memorable characters such as Mario, giant chickens and naked Lydias. Often touted as the pinnacle of the Elder Scroll series this is a must play for all RPG fans.

Part Space Marine, part Rainbow moon dash or whatever stupid name this pony has….

2. Project Spark (Xbox One)

Remember Project Spark, nope neither did I. But you can play a fan made Skyrim in it. You know, if you wanted to…

1.  The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim – Special Edition (PS4 Xbox One, PC)

What makes this game so special? well, its a remastered version of the game which includes all three DLC expansions and a graphical upgrade, along with additional features such as modding capabilities on consoles. PlayStation players, in particular, got a huge leap in gameplay over the ps3 version as this time the game actually worked.  This version is perfect for people who haven’t already purchased the game multiple times. PC players got the upgrade for free whilst the console peasants had to pay full price for this 5-year-old game. But it’s so pretty, Not as pretty as a fully modded version of the original release but still pretty. And console players finally got mods! Well unless you played it on PS4 in which you had to wait longer than everyone else and when it was available there was some caveats and limitations put on mod-builders. Finally, gamers had a definitive version of one of the most popular RPGs of all time….

Also….. The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim VR

Hey Playstation, remember when we sold you that broken game? Then a GOTY version of that broken game? Then a special edition of that broken game that we sort of fixed and added mods too and referred to as the definitive edition? that was fun right… want to buy the game again only this time in VR? GOOD NEWS soon you can do just that! Finally, we are at that point in human history where we can hook ourselves up to life support, slip a headset on and live somewhere less terrifying than real life.

See… much less scary than Pat from the post office with the hairy mole….

Also Also…  The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Switch Edition

In the Legend of Dragonborn: Breath Of Skyrim players must explore harsh lands on their quest to defeat Alduin the World-Eater, a dragon who is prophesied to destroy the world. This time on the bus.
